Misean Cara supporting missionaries overseas – an interview with CEO John Moffett on Spirit Radio FM

Speaking this week with Spirit FM Radio host Kieran Carrick, our CEO, John Moffett, shared highlights from Misean Cara’s newly launched 2023 Annual Report that showcases the global reach and impact of Irish missionary development work in the global south. This year Misean Cara celebrates its 20th anniversary – supporting Irish missionary organisations and their development projects overseas, with funds from Irish Aid, since 2004.

“The reach of Irish missionary congregations overseas is huge. In past year alone we reached over 1.9 million people with climate resilient livelihoods and decent jobs, quality education and healthcare, human rights and support during sudden-onset emergencies.” -John Moffett, CEO Misean Cara
