Misean Cara is currently recruiting for a Manager of Learning and Capacity Strengthening for Members.
In Misean Cara, we’re proud to support our member organisations in the life-changing work they do in livelihoods, education, health and human rights, and in responding to emergencies, throughout the Global South. We’re constantly looking to learn from our members’ experiences as they implement projects, and to use this learning to strengthen the capacity of all members to deliver meaningful change. The Learning & Development Team is at the core of this work. We are recruiting a Manager of Learning and Capacity Strengthening for Members to lead the team in their work. The successful candidate will have experience working in the Global South, with proven skills in capturing learning and in designing and delivering capacity strengthening inputs, preferably in a membership-based environment.
