Misean Cara 2024 Impact – Annual Report & Video

In 2024, Misean Cara and our members reached 1.9 million people across 43 countries—bringing hope, opportunity, and lasting change to those who need it most.

At our 2025 AGM in June we were delighted to launch the Misean Cara 2024 Annual Report, highlighting the life-changing impact of Irish missionary development projects conducted by our members in more than 50 countries around the world. From education and healthcare to livelihoods and human rights, our members worked with compassion and dignity in communities experiencing poverty, inequality and conflict, through 338 projects funded by Misean Cara.

We are grateful to Irish Aid for their generous support of Misean Cara in making these results possible.
