“The durability of the Irish missionary model” Misean Cara in the Irish Catholic News

Misean Cara is delighted to be featured in a full page article that appeared in the 21st October edition of the Irish Catholic News, as part of the paper’s increased coverage of missionary work during the October Month of Mission. The article features interviews with Misean Cara CEO, John Moffett, and Sr. Rosemary Oduol, Assistant Missionary Development Officer for the Franciscan Missionary Sisters for Africa, for a story about the unique aspects of the missionary model for development and its durability and ongoing impact in the developing world.

For the Month of Mission, Misean Cara is also co-hosting a live Mass which will be broadcast from the RTÉ studios in Dublin at 11am Irish Time on World Mission Sunday, this year on 24th October. Misean Cara is co-hosting the mass with MISSIO Ireland (Formerly World Missions Ireland/ www.missio.ie ) and AMRI (The Association of Leaders of Missionaries and Religious of Ireland / www.amri.ie/).
