  • International Human Rights Network - www.ihrnetwork.org ' Provide trainings on the Human Rights based Approach to Development. Based in Ireland and offer courses in Uganda.
     
  • International Institute of Rural Reconstruction - www.iirr.org ' Promotes people centred development through capacity building. Examples of trainings include: PME, Training Trainers, Organisation Development and Strategic Management. Seem to work mainly in The Philippines, Kenya, Ethopia, Uganda and Ecuador.
