Invitation to tender: Effectiveness Review of Projects Supporting Equal Educational Rights for Migrants, Refugees, and Internally Displaced People.
Misean Cara is an international and Irish faith-based missionary movement working with some of the most marginalised and vulnerable communities in developing countries. We are working to realise human rights through delivery of basic services in the areas of education, health, livelihoods and income generation, as well as through advocacy, networking and community mobilisation. Our movement is made up of 91 member organisations working in over 50 countries.
In 2018 Misean Cara is commissioning an Effectiveness Review of 6 projects supporting the realisation of equal educational rights of migrants, refugees and/or internally displaced people.
These projects are based in the following countries: Kenya, South Africa, India, Thailand, South Sudan, and Lebanon.
Misean Cara invites interested parties with the relevant skills and experience to tender. Tender proposals will be welcomed from individuals, consortia or agencies with demonstrable technical expertise and a track-record in conducting evaluations of a similar scope, type and scale.
