Healing Through Justice

During a recent trip to El Salvador, Irish President Michael D. Higgins met some of the families of the victims of the massacre at El Mozete. The Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary mobilized survivors by forming the Asociaci?n Promotora de Derechos Humanos de El Mozote (Promotion of Human Rights Association) to teach families about the legal process to advance the case of El Mozote.
