Misean Cara conducts evaluations/uses evaluative tools as part of an annual evaluation plan and according to our Monitoring and Evaluation Policy. In 2015, we will commission a series of effectiveness reviews as part of the annual evaluation plan.

Misean Cara invite interested parties that have the relevant skills and experience to tender. Tender proposals will be welcomed from individuals, consortia or agencies with a demonstrable technical competence and track record in similar evaluations of development work in the core thematic areas in the global south.

The reviews will focus on 4 thematic areas and 16 projects, across five countries implemented by 12 members. As a means of ensuring consistency, it is our intention to award this entire series of reviews (incorporating projects across all 4 thematic areas) to one successful tenderer.
