In 2016 Misean Cara is commissioning an impact evaluation as part of our annual evaluation plan, and in accordance with our Monitoring and Evaluation Policy.

This evaluation will investigate the impact of two projects based in Lima, Peru. Both are focused on the advancement of children’s rights, and both have a long-standing funding relationship with Misean Cara. Expected deliverables include two project-level reports evidencing what impact has been achieved, and one overall learning report outlining the specific interventions responsible.

We invite interested parties with the relevant skills and experience to tender. Tender proposals will be welcomed from individuals, consortia or agencies with relevant technical expertise and a track record in conducting evaluations of a similar type, scope and scale.
