Brazil
Continued work with youth - male and female 18-25 years old and
women groups primarily African Brazilians, descendants of the slave
trade in Brazil. Promotion of personal development of African
Brazilian women by raising the self esteem of this marginalised
group. This is supported by campaigning against domestic violence,
teaching problem solving techniques and conflict resolution, and
raising awareness of their human rights.
